Be prepared to provide:
team name
team captain
team color
team members (with graduation dates or relationship to CCHS)
Players must meet one of the following:
CCHS Graduate
Spouses of CCHS graduates
CCHS Faculty members
Fathers or mothers of CCHS students & graduates
Present seniors at Columbia City High School

must be received no later than Friday, May 7 2010 *****
(This date must be enforced so referees can be scheduled)
Schedule of Games:
Will be held 7:00 PM, Wednesday, May 12 at CCHS.
Scheduling of the games will be determined by entrants. We
hope to schedule in 30 minute increments starting at 9 am. Please make
sure you include an email on your entry for communication. Should we
need a meeting, we will let you know via email. All teams are guaranteed
at least 2 games, 20 minute halves, running clock.
Stray Players:
If interested in participating but do not have a team, contact Chad
Moore at
260-244-6136 x3317. We will compile a list of
individuals to form a team. We cannot guarantee quality of
teammates or numbers. We hope this will encourage others to
participate and have a good time.
Note:
We do not have permission to consume or bring alcohol into Columbia City
High School.
